wow..4 pets for cluster or semiD. I wonder why is it more than terrace. Not like cluster has fence nor is it significantly bigger than terrace. If they are considering fishes as pet, then gone case...cos i have more than 10 fishes in my tank

Permitted renovation

In SPA only stated 24 months, didn't mention about the +12 months. Perhaps need to clarify with the EM.
