QUOTE(Jasoncat @ Jul 23 2014, 05:41 PM) I tried apply HLB recently. It's semi. I believe those who have full flexi may have changed to semi flexi as the banks do not make money from the full flexi product. Maybe... When I submit my application to HLB 6 months ago for SEH, they still offer full flexi loan. But maximum only until 30 years, that's why I am not taking...

QUOTE(june1522 @ Jul 23 2014, 10:08 PM) Yes both single name and 10 years cover. It is indeed rm7k difference, one is fully flexi CIMB, the other is semi flexi MBB, that shouldn't make any difference right? Will call the bank to verify tomorrow. Is this something that can b negotiated? One with Critical illness covered while the other one no?

QUOTE(enochtan3668 @ Jul 24 2014, 07:54 AM) Does age has any bearing on MRTA? Yes. Age, gender, sum insured and tenure. If sum insured too high, u may require medical check up and if u have health problem upon taking MRTA, there would be a loading for higher premium.

I wonder why is it more than terrace. Not like cluster has fence nor is it significantly bigger than terrace. If they are considering fishes as pet, then gone case...cos i have more than 10 fishes in my tank
