"Alter original paint colour of the feature wall" ...well, looks like this is more relaxed for strata, even with restricted palette

Thanks. This clarifies.

In SPA only 24 months. But Ecoworld may have additional feature for purchaser, can enjoy additional 12 months under certain programme I presume. Nevertheless, this programme is not stated in SPA. hmm.gif hmm.gif

I saw the letter, meter, rubbish box concrete structure which usually positioned in front of house is nicely done in country garden s bungalow, it is aligned to the side of the house, instead of align to the front of the house. This can make the gate area looks bigger and fit more cars, can someone feedback? EW staff can you pls consider?

Permitted renovation

1.) cut and fill of land platform  not exceeding 1.0 m from existing ground level.

2.) Horticulture structure (pergola structure), provided there is a minimum 3 feet setback to the land parcel property line.

3.) ornamental water features

4.) Plunge pool, provided minimum 3 feet setback

5.) New additional car finishes, excluding frontage, car porch and driveway.

6.) Extend original roof line or add shade fitting of maximum 7 feet from building wall at the side or rear (subject to selective pattern approved by developer)

7.) Additional or new columns of maximum 5 feets measuring from building wall at the side and rear of the building (subject to selective pattern approved by developer) (for end lot / corner / cluster / semid I presume)

8.) Alter original paint colour of the feature wall, restricted to the palette approved by the developer.

Boss, the above is copy from S&P?

Additional new columns of max 5 feet is interesting. If those mega tron units like corner or super end lot with 20" feet is able to extend about 5 ft rear ( of coz subject to management and dev approval upon strata issuance in the future ), then it is well consider to snap these kind of unit.

Then I quite interested to JV with fren for the 2A super end lot with extra 15-20" land but premium RM 150k compare to inter unit.

From what I saw from the model sample of the tenderfields, the structure is position in front of the house, but aligned with the roof pillar, enough to create a clear path for both cars parked in there. Also noticed there used to be a structure too in parallel to that rubbish box just between the two cluster unit front. That one was removed from the last layout update, to create the clear drive way for parked cars.
