1 thing i dare not to go for prop investment yet coz im afraid of collecting rental issue. for now, i only think of buying a property and rent the rooms where i live in. i wish to buy a commercial prop and rent out especially to banks... rclxms.gif (fingers crossed...working hard to achieve it)

always hear this since many years ago. but there's no sign of dropping but increase. im not going to argue whether will it happen or not. but no one knows when i the best time. to me, the best time is when u r financially ready. i used to be the type of person who wait for prop to burst so that i can grab cheap prop. but i think, even that time do happen, i might not dare to commit.

I not scare u. Look around with attention n u ll see. Companies getting into financial trouble n struggling now n hence retrenchment is unavoidable.

Good n bad tenants ll come n go....just manage it. If u cant manage this, how u grow in your corporate world to manage a big companies with good n bad staffs...
