You should think properly before purchase any property instead of OPR increase decide.

Nobody knows for sure. When it comes, it will be very scary! I do remember the sinking feeling when my stock price plunges. If one has never experienced before, let me tell u, it is not mental, it is physical. So, don't over extend yourself.

If sign up rate to loan is dropping = growth rate to collect interest rate drops which sole income to banks.
Don't you think banks will go back to BLR +0%? Or worst BLR + 0.x%.
Meaning no more minus rate from BLR. hmm.gif

You know la this banksters ... they need to report growth income very year ma .... brows.gif

I didn't proceed with my first property in Seri Kembangan after signing LO. tongue.gif
But I was forfeited 1k booking fee only. biggrin.gif

Suddenly feel that the SOxO doesn't suit me.

Maybe you can call to check with the bank / agent again.

the house is single Storey at meru klang, the bank is pubxxx bank, semi flexi.
Bank already took RM220 from me.
Total already paid RM3220.

last time i paid 3k booking fee for a SOFO unit in SK.
signed LO.
they called me to sign snp already, but i asked them (both agent from sales and financier) about the penalty.

after confirming the penalty only 1k from the developer end, i proceeded to cancel the purchase, and get back the 2k cheque.
if the penalty is much higher than that, probably im still holding that unit.

Bank is competing with other....if u BLR-0% while another BLR-2.4%, u know which bank to go lor....guess u ll be queuing to get the loan there
