Scare late then Flight to Narita.

Narita was not a 24 Hour Airport. Last flight must be done at 10:30pm JST.

Means you will have alot time on last train.

Flight delay very hard to predict one. I'm also landing at Haneda at 10.30pm. I decided to book a hotel near Kamata station by taking the Keikyu bus there. The bus service till 1.30am.

cos it's cold mah. Not sure your sport shoes can block the wind/coldness. Cos feet must always keep warm. Buy wool/thermal socks. I bought Timberland boots jor

when i went to Seoul this year, temperature was below 5c during day time and below 3c at night... I was wearing sport shoes...feet cramp ler and was cold even with heat tech socks. most sport shoes does not have this shock absorption thingy and feet tend to be real sore when you walk for whole day and 10days straight! Thats why this time I invest in better walking boots for more comfort.
