Is there a place in Haneda Airport to keep my bags before my flight? My flight is at 11pm. Planning to keep my bags there in the morning and go to the city then later come back.

need advice from expert...
as AA arriving haneda airport around 11pm jpn time...may I know what is the best option available? staying in airport? book hotel nearby, if yes, may i know which hotel is the most budgeted hotel? straight go to town?
