Depends on your flight what time will reach Tokyo. Normally is 10.30pm by AA. I'm going for 10days. You should spend like 3 days in Tokyo and 2 days in Osaka....total 5 days liao...then your Nagoya ler...maybe 1-2 days..Maybe quite rush loh

Jan and Feb are Hokkaido most badass winter time. If snow billazrd come. Train to Niseko will be cancel. Ur hotel will be doom. It also make ur flight from Sapporo to Osaka cancel.....ur hotel at Osaka anf Kyoto also doom
