Fastboot mode will show it as DEVICE UNLOCKED

Extract the file and you will see dload folder
Copy the whole folder over to EXTERNAL SDCARD . Restart phone OR go to settings/update/system updates/local update

You must rename dload folder or delete it after you had taken it out to avoid another process of reinstalling. You will be prompted to remove et sdcard during installation - read page 1, post #4 for more details

That is very bad just for a speaker issue... Hound them daily and report your issue in the HW Malaysia facebook ( https://www.facebook.com/HuaweiDeviceMY ) it does help sometimes

Kitkat B102 is obviously smoother than JB b007.
However u don't get really a full root on KK. Example certain app only ( eg titanium, xposed mod, nextapp sdfix etc) you are unable to write onto ext sdcard fully. So u need to edit some system files first to allow temporary write over ( don't restart phone after edit) than install those app n run their options first n only restart phone
Root on KK u need to use Vroot 1.78 or newer n it will show successful root. Followup w install of supersu n busybox. Busybox is needed to edit the system files or you will see chattr command as missing
I have no problems w KK unlike 1-2 users here
So try yourself n I have no regrets updating. Infact I change to the Russian version last nite n planning only to restore all my stuffs this morning. But seeing the Msian version is released I had upgraded to it n just finished restoring my app

The M'sian version is kitkat 4.4.2

These are some settings differences vs B102 kitkat. I cannot recall these were present : sunlight readibility, swiping to return to previous homescreen n some additional keyboard ( smartkeyboard is my installation. I could be mistaken in these as it could be same as B102

Don't worry too much about these Antutu scores
What is more important is one personal experience
A higher score does not necessary mean your phone is better or more powerful than others
Try run this test 10x n you will get at times varying numbers with difference up to even 3000-4000 points

I have tested German n now on M'sian rom. Russia rom only few hours . Overall I don't see any difference between them. Some said German is better because its Antutu scores is about 1000-2000 points higher??
Anyway is your choice which one you wish to try

Don't see any obvious differences between them
Root : use vroot 1.78 n followup with installation of supersu from playstore. This mentioned several times already in this thread

Before running nextapp sdfix one must first edit the system r/w so that changes can be made. If not this app will fail to run. The edit of this system is in post#4
You would need busybox fully installed first n reboot phone than only edit the system r/w . If not you will see chattr command missing when you try to key in the second command line

No you cannot install Msia 501L firmware on China 503L model. You will see a big FAIL during installation

You need to edit the system r/w files than only install the mod. Proceed with install framework. If you didn't edit the system files you will see error message unable to write. However only certain app seem unable to work saying xposed not installed eg intelli3g. Greenify pro works with it
