The rainbow creek... one of the masterpiece garden in SEH with timber deck and water features... thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

Responding to the EM swan lake I presume...  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

The at large landscaping concept is indeed similar to that of its neighbor less the emphasis in marketing. I suspect that the (hierrachical) details is less, and I hope I am wrong. rclxms.gif

Most people though that water in fengshui refer to river, lake, harbour etc, this is not true.

The above in fact has no effect on residential fengshui, on the other hand this is the road condition and the location of bus stop, taxi stand, traffic light that affect the residential fengshui. Imagine the road is partly closed due to road resurfacing no matter how beautiful the harbour, river or lake, revenue for retail lot there definately will be affected.

For example for Setia Eco Hill to be prosperous/auspicious, the deciding factor is the Ecohill connection to Lekas Highway not the beautiful landscape in the proposed 10 theme parks.
*
Just need to reiterate that statement is coming from the fengshui master, and not sure whether it is 100% true.

However to have 10 beautiful landscape gardens in the township definately will increase the comfort of staying. I do agree connecting road is important, but with the good landscape garden plus well verse connecting road, it is much better "fengshui" then, no? brows.gif brows.gif

Presumebly SEH is responding to EM which put emphasis on the landscape and quality living...

Some already under construction and some still under drafting..

No matter how, this is still good news for all the SEH buyers...

Better landscape is always welcome, but it is not related to fengshui i doubt the quality of this fengshui consultant.
Anyway, Ecohill is definately a good fengshui place as it connect to Lekas Highway and have proper township planning.

I am not fengshui master and not sure how true it could be. But the fengshui master that gave talk that day do mention many times good landscape gives better "qi" that good for fengshui..

Perhaps you can introduce some good fengshui masters to SEH management as well, so that they can invite them to give a talk. I bet many purchaser love to hear more from different perspective..

Nevertheless, I think with beautiful landscape and green area, it does generate "good feeling" for the residents.

I think this is a gross misrepresentation by Ho Chin Soon, as this photo cannot be taken just last month; this is a much dated photo. One can easily tell by looking at the level of landscaping on the slopes, and the progress on some of the Stagnia units which had already collected payment 2a.
*
Why not? much dated means updated or outdated? hmm.gif hmm.gif

From the skyview picture, many of those semiD units are already in shape and good for 2a progressive payment..

In any township, most important is maintenance. No matter how good they lay it initially, proper maintenance is a must. Hopefully the lake doesn't turn out to be teh tarik and become mosquito breeding ground. tongue.gif (That was one of the point my friend showed concern when he checked out tralas with the back facing the landscaped lake). Anyway, putting some fish in the lake may help to control it from being a mosquito breeding ground.

The water retention pond where the yet to be launched 22x75 may be a concern though. If it becomes mouldy, it will be an eyesore yawn.gif

We luck out! According to some staffs, the quality of soil here (EH & EM) would render the ponds more greenish and much less "teh tarik" in comparsion to those in Setia Alam.

What kind of soil is generally preferred for lake?

Heard that if the soil is more sandy, then the lake is less likely to become muddy, if compare to those clay soil. Not sure how true..

Perhaps prevent soil erosion and removing rubbish from inconsiderate folks who throw rubbish into the lake. Put some crocodiles tongue.gif

the DPC lake is less yellow though as compare to the one i saw at ecopark last year. Maybe it could be due to the depth of the lake or they use different soil.

I think so long as the lake is maintained by the developer (SPS-SEH; EW-EM), I expect the quality will still be there. But hard to say once it is handed over to the local authority...

Can only hope MPKJ will do a decent job... Since I brought Precinct 1, also abi concern on the waterway..: the fencing is inside of the waterway... Scared ppl will simply throw things into it... That will be a bif blow!
