So fast !? sweat.gif
But unusable unless you buy it to watch video only, it's China version thus with China app store. While XiaoMi wasnt developer community friendly/favor, I guess stable custom ROM wont be available so soon.

As soon MiPad ready to sell outside of China, then there will be PlayStore available. At least start from Taiwan or Hong Kong first. But currently this two countries are not able to buy but grey set.

Just to clear up in case there's confusion. Originally will have recovery already, but just plain stock one with limited functions.
I do however suggest to unlock bootloader and flash custom recovery once and for all. Just for the sake of future proof, because in future when you unlock bootloader, it will wipe clean your data. Just my 2 cents biggrin.gif
