How do I get an invite?
The main method of getting invites will be through others. In the beginning, when not a lot of other people have the device, you'll be able to get invites through contest and raffles. We have planned ways so our early fans, as well as people who weren't here from the beginning will be able to obtain invites.

When do the next batch of invites roll out?
The first real batch of invites roll out late May, and will be of the 64GB Sandstone Black version. Any invites that you might have been promised before this, will be sent during this time.

How long are invites valid for?
For invites that you receive, they are typically valid for 24 hours. If they expire, they get returned to sender so someone else can get a chance to buy it. Alternatively, you can ask for the sender to resend it to you. For invites that you can give away, they are usually valid for longer, usually 1-2 weeks.

How many invites can I give away?
This varies. In the beginning, the quantities will be smaller, but increased as time goes by. You will frequently receive new invites to give away as production ramps up.

When do I receive invites to give away?
You do not automatically receive invites when you purchase a phone. We will need to manually roll them out according to our operations situation.​

Since Sunday, Jun 22, CyanogenMod has a dedicated bug tracker for the OnePlus One. To report an issue, first go to https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/ and register there, if you are not registered yet. Note that you need to specify your full name during registration and it will be publicly shown when creating an issue or commenting.

Next, look for existing issues to avoid duplicates. All current issues are listed at

If you find an existing issue:
You can vote on existing issues, by clicking vote on the right of the issue. Please DO NOT add comments like "Me too", as this will just annoy people.

1. In the instruction tab, select the version of CM 11S running on your OnePlus One
2. Click on "Field Tab"
3. Fill out the summary and description field. The summary should be useful. A good example: "Screen does not power on consistently after waking device using galaxysmtd. A bad summary: "Screen wont turn on." (examples copied from cyanogenmod wiki).
4. Attach possible attachments. You probably want to include a logcat.
5. Click create

New Features / Improvements

I'm sorry for bringing this issue up so many times over the past few days, but this time I come with a solution! Someone on the OnePlus forums posted the 'fix' for the Google Now "OK Google" hotword detection issue. Basically just increase the gain for the main mic.

a little tricks are required to flash the large system.img file

The steps are as follows:

2) Boot into recovery mode, select uninstall storage function>格式化／system>格式化／data>格式化／cache

3) Then boot into fastboot mode again and perform the followings:

* International version comes with Cyanogenmod 11S. Chinese model comes with ColorOS.
* International model has got CYANOGENMOD branding/ logo on the back cover. Chinese version does not have this.
* Chinese version is much easier to find that International version (which can currently be purchased only if you have an invite).
* Price is slightly higher for Chinese model since its being sold by reseller and not directly by OnePlus. For international units, OnePlus is directly selling them (no middle person).

OnePlus One Repairability Score: 5 out of 10 (10 is easiest to repair).

In the recent weeks, OnePlus revealed the phone will not have a user-replaceable battery, while a design sketch of the phone exclusively obtained by BGR revealed the One will have a unibody design.

It’s not clear how the whole StyleSwap customization process is done, and whether the phone will come in some default color versions, which could then be customized by special case purchases. Also, even though the StyleSwap Covers are replaceable, it’s not clear whether the phone will offer users access to a microSD slot for expandable memory.

What's interesting is that there won't be a 32GB version, as the One will be offered in 16GB and 64GB flavors. The larger storage option will come at a price close to what other companies ask for 32GB models, OnePlus notes. Rumored to be made out of metal, the One will also sport a notification LED.

The battery specs haven't been revealed just yet, but it did become clear the phone will last more than a day on a single charge. There's also a new and interesting technology, which it'll be utilizing, too.

The OnePlus One will be the only phone the company makes this year. It's also planning to double its size from the 150-employee company it is now. Those are very bold plans and we'll see how things pan out for the optimistic phonemaker.

The upcoming OnePlus One droid has made yet another appearance before its official announcement, paying the Antutu benchmark a visit. The most prominent member of the Cyanogen Mod team, the guys behind the handset’s ROM, shared a screenshots with its performance in the popular benchmark.

Even though the name of the device wasn’t explicitly confirmed, that fact the post was reshared by the official OnePlus account tells you everything there is to know here.

So now that we know what the device is, let’s focus on the score. 36,715 points is an excellent achievement, topping the Galaxy Note 3’s result even though the two handset share the same chipset – Snapdragon 800.

Obviously the CM ROM is somewhat lighter than TouchWiz and leaves some extra processing power at the user’s disposal.

As previously confirmed, the OnePlus One will go on sale in its first 10 markets in Q2 (which starts in less than a month). The pricing is confirmed to be below $400, but that’s probably before local taxes are applied.

The OnePlus One will be available in 10 countries at launch, including the United States. It’s expected to be sold directly to consumers for under $500. There are currently no plans to partner with wireless carriers, but the phone will be a GSM device that supports 4G LTE on AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks. It won’t support Verizon or Sprint, and there are currently no plans for a dual-SIM model.

On the other news, My OPO screen now is totally white, It had a yellow hue at the bottom of the screen when i bought it (It wasn't very noticeable to begin with, I only started seeing it after reading about this problem here).

how u solve yellow hue problem on ur device dude?

It slowly started fading out but I accelerated it by leaving chrome at "About:blank", Max brightness and leaving it on for a few hours.
