Like all genuine leather, better dont let it wet if you want to properly take care of it.

Btw, Horween leather don't recommend to kena water haha.

Btw2: To those who are using Pebble Steel Band, any issues with cracking or potential cracking so far?

I saw some on XDA change to this metal band (refer to link): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...89&postcount=92

Basically they install in such a way to fit in the first link perfectly slotted inside the watch and it doesn't move at all due to the squarish shape, thus putting zero stress on the backplate, but quite expensive on Amazon... USD73. sad.gif

Dont like the design. Prefer pebble steel version, the traditional look. However still prefer NATO strap, waiting for SteelConnect adapter to use any custom strap.

As far as I know, Horween is chosen by Motorola because it's also based in Chicago... Same HQ as Motorola Mobility.

To those moto360 owners do you guys have the back lip imprint on your leather band?

Kinda worried cause of all the crack back I heard,
QUOTE
It's the stress of the lip when the band presses up against it. The straps can move a full 90+ degress when attached, however the lip that sticks out restricts that range of motion to something like 45 degrees. So when the strap moves around it pushes against the lip, and puts stress on the weakest points - which happens to be the corners. I've noticed this happening to my watch because my strap on one side started to take the impression of the lip because it was constantly pressing up against it, while the other side did not have the impression. The side that had the impression started developing a crack on the corners, while the other side is still crack-free.

Btw, I have a fairly small wrist and wear it below my wrist bone. I normally wear it on 4/5th notch.

That looks awesome! I also downloaded the same watchface preparing on my Facer app. tongue.gif

I hope my wrist is big enough to prevent all those potential cracks. tongue.gif

And hopefully the Stone leather is not that stiff. I heard from users that the Stone leather is more stiff compared to the Grey leather version, got squicking sound when wearing it. sad.gif And also easier to cause the cracking...
