Try setting Google Fit as default for heart rate and step counter. If you set Moto Body as default, sometimes the voice command doesn;t work. Happens to me too occasionally.

Initially I was planning on going for #2. But now that you've mentioned it, #1 seems to be a better choice coz of its more masculine look. #2 looks like a female bracelet IMO.

Select "Download".
After the software is downloaded, select "Install now".
