Hi! Newbie here & jst bought the D unit with 8,888 d/pyment. Unit D is selling fast.. Now left with 10th floor onwards.. Anyone knows whats the site progress now? How long does it take to sign the s&p?

I bought the D1 unit for rm480k bumi price, price hike like mad 😂😭😭 I didnt take picture of the sticker board. Sorry my mistake, there are still couple of units left for D1, but limited unit for 10th floor downwards.

Hi. I got it for rm485k with bumi discount. rm8,888 d/payment. Free legal spa & disbursement fee. Need to only pay disbursement fee for loan agreement. Owh, they also giving away rebate voucher.
