Yesterday when I went the bangi gallery the c1 chart only shows around less then 20 units booked. Mostly type b unit. Not sure whether the chart updated or not.

Bangi area normally have flood issue near to ukm ktm station and near to hentian kajang stretch. This is far away from southville city. Southville is on top of the hill and still a lot of greenery.

QUOTE(Ultramaneo @ Dec 30 2014, 01:16 PM) Hi all, how long the the lawyer needs to take to stamp? The procedure is right. Normally the stamp duty process is around 2 weeks. I have just received mine last Saturday after signing on 13th Dec.it's been a week now since i last signed the SNP. the reason i am asking this is because i want to do account 2 withdrawal to pay 10% downpayment is my procedure correct? thanks. QUOTE(anez_zu @ Jan 29 2015, 11:47 AM) Checked with them..they told me to check S&P I also have the same issue where my bank still did not pay to the developer for the 2nd 10%. I dont know whether the lawyer or bank is the problem.Checked S&P, it's calculate from day to day at the rate of 10% p.a. So i guess it's 10% p.a. of the 10% of purchase price right?not total price? |

QUOTE(chiefsmy @ Feb 13 2015, 11:10 PM) Just signed S&P and pay deposit yesterday. Tower C2, 27th floor @ RM378,500 after 7% BUMI discount. So cheap..with balcony or not?Still lots of unit available in Tower C1 as per chart @ Sales Gallery in Bangi. Cheapest price is above RM400K even after 7% BUMI discount, unless you can get rejected unit from the sold out old blocks. |
