Yesterday when I went the bangi gallery the c1 chart only shows around less then 20 units booked. Mostly type b unit. Not sure whether the chart updated or not.

Bangi area normally have flood issue near to ukm ktm station and near to hentian kajang stretch. This is far away from southville city. Southville is on top of the hill and still a lot of greenery.

The procedure is right. Normally the stamp duty process is around 2 weeks. I have just received mine last Saturday after signing on 13th Dec.

I also have the same issue where my bank still did not pay to the developer for the 2nd 10%. I dont know whether the lawyer or bank is the problem.

I have confirmed with my lawyer that my loan agreement also not stamped yet. Normally how long does it take to stamp the loan agreement?i have signed the s&p almost 1 month ago.

That one is for the second 10% payment.better u check with the bank whether they have paid or not as in my case the lawyer still did not complete the loan agreement stamping until now.😠😠😠
