Guys guys, I am just starting to work out few weeks back, and I decided to buy supplement.

Err I am 24 y.o, 175cm, 68kg. Decent size, but i have rather big tummy for my overall size. tongue.gif I am trying to lose the fats there now. laugh.gif

So yea I want to ask you guys here, what brand of supplement should I use? I ask around my friend and people at the gym, they all recommend whey protein, but they doesn't specify the brand.
Please help to recommend me a good supplement for a starter like me who like to lose my tummy fat, and build muscle at the same time.

Thanks in advance. smile.gif

Creatine is a supplement said to improves muscle growth, glycogen supplements, power output and hormonal levels

Whey protein is just protein, you can think of it as a food, like your milk powder or milo powder
