Just checked with a friend working there, sales gallery now open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays up to 4-5PM.

Quality is acceptable but not great.
For high rise i am not sure who would be the appointed main contractor.
Most of the time, the end product quality depends much on the main contractor. That is why different launches by the same developer may have different quality

called and asked ... there is no plans for showroom though ... basically u are either buying bcoz of the name of the developer or location ... but without having a feel of the build quality and materials used ...

Had called them n check the package, it turns out to be not cheap n value of money if comparing to her nearest neighbor Concerto. The packge offer free Spa n loan legal +1% early bird discount, final price for the 18xxsf =Rm1.1m+; Only free A/c, Finishes no luxury
Compare to Concerto who is offering the similar prize n size unit, free spa n loan legal, full kitchen cabinet n apllinces for dry n wet kitchen, Marble floor(at least double price of procelain tiles), much more facilities in the condo ie badminton, tennis, basketball court, pudding green, etc

1% early bird rebate only for such market nowadays ? u sure ?
marble/timber strip provided in Concerto indeed has made Concerto very luxury look.
