Compare to Concerto who is offering the similar prize n size unit, free spa n loan legal, full kitchen cabinet n apllinces for dry n wet kitchen, Marble floor(at least double price of procelain tiles), much more facilities in the condo ie badminton, tennis, basketball court, pudding green, etc

I afraid it's not accurate, I am staying few block away. This morning I walk there to check-out the actual location of NK but unfortunately I couldn't find any notice board yet. The one that shown in Wikimapia has a notice board for Construction of Private School. Maybe is on the lot right opposite the Private school and behind Dutamas 28

If the sale is really bad, i think either thy will cancel the project prior to Start work on site or give big discount like Concerto did.. Let's wait n see

Loh n loh is a cash rich developer! Don't think thy will lower their price/ offer further discount.
Despite the so call buyer market now, developers try very hard to push their properties but i dont really see any price reduction unless maintaining last year price consider a discount! Few projects in KV area i visted last year were not selling well till today i still see their booth on n off in Tesco, Aeon, Curve, etc. when i check with them, the price more or less the same..maybe they should give more discount rather than just hooping around to seek buyer! Those rental in shopping mall not cheap too.. Just my personal opinion
