Maybe they envisaged they cant even reach the breakeven sales target which is usually 60-70%, why not just go back to drawing board and wait for better timing. They also dont have much landbank and relatively cash rich, i think is wise move.

just called the developer and apparently this project gonna relaunch soon in may this year. just hope that offer better discounts and package.
honestly that area isn't the best considering the low cost condos around that area and residents parking their cars at the road side every day. they really need to be able to come up with something that is gonna give us a good reason to jump in |
