Not familiar with cheras. how is the surrounding of Altitude? IJM project, looks good on paper. I see some ads 14xx sft units for 760k. Is that a good price for cheras?

Altitude location is good, but unit originally facing KLCC great view will be also facing SUKE highway in future, SUKE makes that area more accessable but will hav noise pollution

No no rachel, MK 11 for someone's view is also consider low cost and low standard kind of, because it also comes with the expose type staircase, price is definitely considered very cheap in someone's point of view as well, what a pity MK 11...

Staircase or not...ultimately it depends on overall design. If this is the only criteria, i think all developers would know and would have hidden all staircases.

Hmm....though this is a common sense, but maybe advise you better don't say about the staircase ya, someone view it very important wan...or else you will receive blessing ....even yr family also receive too....
