Hi! Any idea when this development will be launch and roughly how much will it be?

It was featuring in Star newspaper yesterday, facade looks really interesting. A usual million dollar question, what's the entry cost & the access roads

design looks good, i also like the cantilever gym, cool.

If really 809k for 1435sqft which turn out to be around 563 psf for entry and come with some discount & freebie here and there, i would think it is reasonably priced.

it is not too bad , i suppose.
BUT!
problem is the 809k one will be lowest floor and worst facing, so logically we're talking at least 900k+, and in that case why not go for a subsale in mont kiara itself. just sayin'.

NK residence VS Sanjung residence, location wise who win?

Its unfair to compare new launch to subsale. Menara duta 1 and 2 which are just next door only transacted around 400 psf for similiar size or smaller.

actually nk residence design does look nice. where is exact location of sanjung? sri sinar there? if yes, i would say NK residence location better.

from what i understand based on hearsay, loh&loh usually outperforms and delivers above expectations.
i reckon this is a good product for own stay.

Whats the best package for this project anyone knows?

a little bit disappointed with their layouts.
room size and bathroom size ratio is a bit off.

inconsistencies in their door swing direction also to baths.

such a squeezy bathroom layout. if they can't accommodate swing doors, just change to bi-fold or sliding or other doors lah. sigh!

and way too many big unit layouts.
reckon it's constricted by density control.

anyway, good luck to L&L. hope they do well.
