yes, but they're old ones. tivoli villas in bangsar is one - 34 unit/acre. kampung warisan (jelatek) - 18 unt/acre. these two spring to mind. biggrin.gif

Not familiar with cheras. how is the surrounding of Altitude? IJM project, looks good on paper. I see some ads 14xx sft units for 760k. Is that a good price for cheras?

it is not too bad , i suppose.
BUT!
problem is the 809k one will be lowest floor and worst facing, so logically we're talking at least 900k+, and in that case why not go for a subsale in mont kiara itself. just sayin'.

actually nk residence design does look nice. where is exact location of sanjung? sri sinar there? if yes, i would say NK residence location better.
