A simple calculation will tell u that NK residences its a high density residential area on a very small plot of land, which is about 80 units per acre.

200 units / 2.5 acres = 80 units per acre

it's a condo mah...whats your benchmark for low density condo?

Its not my benchmark or anything, its just that i noticed the caption is very misleading claiming that 200 units split into two blocks by providing ultimate privacy with 4 units each floor.

To me 80 units/acre and 4 units/floor is low density for condo. Quite common to find >100 units/acre, 8 and more units per floor.

Next door concerto is 88 units/acre.

30-40 unit / acre. very curious to know about pricing. the design of this NK looks nice and modern, very sleek
