I'm not surprise cos people do not buy properties yearly, so for most people, it's $0 for property purchase, whereas people will charge probably RM1,000-RM3,000 mthly to their credit cards, so in 1 year it's RM12,000-RM36,000. Pump petrol will be like RM500 mthly.

newly launched condo rm750k. say in 2018, the price is 1mil. can the market absorb? property price is increasing, but not our salary. what will happen to the market in 2018?

If 2018 all the developer also launching at 1.1mil and above then the house seeker dont have much choice might choose the cheaper 1mil condo. If develeper still launching range at 800k then the 1mil condo can keep for ur grand children.
