Not really exit the market, just not buying like crazy in year end 2009 n 2010, bought 2 new launch in 2011, bought 2 subsale in 2012, bought 0 in 2013 but sold 2 which bought in 2012, bought 1 this year

case study to share.

Last week encounter a property complete in dec 2013, Taman sri putra. Landed. Terrace 2 stry. A seller tried to sell their property with asking price RM580k. Was told that developer selling price last time was RM500k.

Valuer could not give value, best at RM470k only. Reason given, the developer sold an unsold unit in Feb 2014 at RM450k. hence pushing down the transaction prices.
