Its available. But you have to set it manually though. Just call maxis to email you the word document. And you'll need to go a MASA for a little phone tweaking to work.

Just select K610i, it works for my K618i, I know it's not stated in the Maxis website but I have successfully browse the web and made a few 3G video calls. It's not big deal actually. Don't panic.

I try the k610i setting... it work on 3G but not mms... i even had the maxis customer service to set up my k618i over the phone manually, still not working... should i just go to maxis centre and ask the expert to do it?

then try remove mms profile, go SE m'sia web request for wap/mms setting send to ur phone

if still do not work..then pay a visit to ur nearest Maxis Centre...

just a question, lets say if i want to service my k618i button at the se service centre, how long usually they will take?

If you K618i is an AP set, try checking default MMS profile, make sure the Maxis MMS profile is selected I have no problems with my hp and yes, you can go to Maxis MASA centres for help or go back to the shop where you bought your hp.

Same here only the 3G settings are working but the regular got problem connecting. But I guess it doesn't matter coz I think since 3G GPRS n MMS is working ma...... I heard that when no 3G it will auto-downgrade to 2.5G.

it will goes to gsm mode..thats 2G i think since EDGE is 2.5G

It will switch between 2G and 3G depending on the availability of the signal in the area that you're using your hp. Funny thing Maxis doesn't support Edge, it will be cool if a network has 2G, 2.5G and 3G altogether.

maxis does have 2.5G (EDGE).. it just that k618 doesnt have it.. so it fallback to 2G if the 3G signal is absent

hey, just got myself an AP set of this model. Abit noob in SE phones. Is it possible to sync sms also? Where to find those theme?

p/s: can set it autosync without any notice whenever plug in my pc or connected with bluetooth?

pps: does blogging with blogger possible with the built in feature. or that is US only.

Just bought one also. White colour. I would say i am quite satisfied with it. Should be a big leap from my previous n7250 phone. I was planning to buy either k610i/n70 but ending up buying this lovely phone. I would say it is better to buy this phone over k610 since K610 only offers 64mb memory but this phone offers 256Mb M2 as standard without much difference in price.

Yeah, I already used 200MB so far. At least I don't have to upgrade memory card so fast. For the k610..really cannot already 64 MB way too small

Most of us here are using the MyPhoneExplorer 1.5.4

And ample of themes on The Lasyk V630i site, the K618i is similiar to the Vodaphone V630i
