For the garden units, I don't like the one with the garden in front because after ur garden, it is a walkway for your neighbors. Basically, ppl can walk in front of your hse and look in to the living room.
No privacy but this is just me.

I prefer the one with side garden. The build up 1160sqf excluding the side garden.
However, I was told the garden u cannot plant anything. They just lay some plastic grass on it.   
Price is close to 700k.
And don't be fool by the view of a lake next to block C.
I drove to the site and the lake is more like a Indah Water STP..... I think. Can't confirm.
This in on the low rise.

On the high rise, all are 850sqf and 950sqf.
Pretty standard stuff. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Overall, there are 3 blocks, low rise is L shape and high rise is I shape, all 3 blocks arrange in a triangle form.
Don't quite like it as the SA cannot tell me what they are going to put in the center.

"For NB, you & I may think the psft and price are too high but I believe it will be sapu-ed in no time once it is launched as there are just too many loaded fellas in Bolehsia!   I wonder how these ppl got their money from?   From donation?

Yeah, most developers are launching smaller size unit to make it more affordable.
Now need to choose which is the best amount the smaller units ... sigh

Wow 700K!     Nt for the poor TKCs like me! I thnk I may opt for the smaller units in Radia or Verdi at below 500K!

Dont thnk SDP will give so  high rebate la bro! This one some more new prop, maybe can give max 2% rebate only! They really have strong holding power so if cannot sell, they will hold until it is sold, as is happening to the unsold TG units!
