what i can say is not cheap and not expansive.
but with current market condition..i think glade is a winner

marvelane is more like a boutique development. it has all semi d, bungalow, townhouse, condos as well as comercials, but on a smaller scale but premium price due to its locale and lake and A+ GBI concept.
