153 units is very low density, it's good to have high rise in Alam Megah as there are hardly any there now. However, this part of Shah Alam I think is quite poorly maintained and there are many old and worn out low cost flats nearby.

Never heard of this developer before, anybody knows their track records?

PR is still considered a good buy. Next launch by SD in Putra Heights expected in April for the Brooke Condo will be priced >900k for the 1200++ sq ft units. 1st block (not sure north or south) will be just 72 units of 9 storey low density in glades.
