Yes R&F is about 1km (15mins walk) to RTS @ Bukit Chagar but it is only 500m to JB Sentral & the RTS will most probably have walkways linked to the JB Sentral transport hub. As z21j pointed out, selection of Bukit Chagar for RTS may in fact be a blessing for R&F due to diversion of commuter traffic congestion (e.g. Brickfields due to KL Sentral) away from R&F area.

Heard now there's massive discount for 4 BR..

Layout type - H, 1386 sq ft, high floor, sea view, RM735/psf; total just slightly over RM1 million....

Luckily , I didn't choose to sign the S&P on the launch date . My registration fee is still with R&F and I am no hurry to decide . The PRC salesman pestered and pressured me to decide now or regret later . However , he is not experienced enough to persuade me to close the deal . Now is the buyer market and we can afford to wait .

Don't be too happy yet, wait until the unit is hand over and the project is not abandon.

Over the last weekend was told by a Tritower sales agent their studio unit (<700 sq.ft) is now selling at 1 to 1.1 million.

Greenland is the biggest chinse developer that have presence in Malaysia. Is a fortune 500 company so technically only a company in Malaysia is in the same league with greenland - petronas!

Yes they always bank on their fortune 500 status. I've seen their proposal and it isn't bad, multiple 50-60 storey towers with several unique components (can't disclose la) but just cos they are a fortune 500 company, doesn't mean they will succeed tongue.gif

But their mainland buyers are from a different location compared to the other 2 developers..

They r shanghai based. Rnf n cg both r guangdong based.
