As z21j pointed out, selection of Bukit Chagar for RTS may in fact be a blessing for R&F due to diversion of commuter traffic congestion (e.g. Brickfields due to KL Sentral) away from R&F area.

Luckily , I didn't choose to sign the S&P on the launch date . My registration fee is still with R&F and I am no hurry to decide . The PRC salesman pestered and pressured me to decide now or regret later . However , he is not experienced enough to persuade me to close the deal . Now is the buyer market and we can afford to wait .

Greenland is the biggest chinse developer that have presence in Malaysia. Is a fortune 500 company so technically only a company in Malaysia is in the same league with greenland - petronas!
