After listening to gogo gor, I paid down 5 flrs. One for my parent fil mil, another flr for myself + milks, another 3 flrs for kids, grandkids, n great grandkids.

What I dislike about R&F PC is that said location is actually a terribly run down location in JB. You won't see a KLCC or Mont' Kiara crowd there for sure. And the pricing is more expensive than KL. chee sin. At 1000rm per sq ft, many more choices in KL. The kind of crowd that commutes daily to Singapore and stays in JB will not pay high rental, either. So it's likely this same group won't be renting at R&F. Buy for own stay is OK. Invest? Bad idea.

cloud kor, a few people here like gogo have vested interests in R*F..maybe they are paid or what but I can assure u 100% that Princess Cove's density is far greater than what u guys think..

If u look at the development plan, you will realize that some land on the right n left portions have no development plans. This is cos the land has problems like it's soft etc, hence it can't support condo's etc. This makes the other area's more densed to achieve Princess Cove's high plot ratio of more than 10!

Boss financing up to 90% is determined by one's capability to repay and oso according to dov regulation, onli 3rd house onward ll prohibit one fr getting 90%.

Regarding overpriced, its vely subjective as some ll bite it like peanuts.

I know u bought a unit that's why u said like that. If u got Fren working as independent valuers,  u try ask them.  Some banks don't even want finance this project and the other country danga Bay from China developer also..

As far as I know tiger bank cimx bank hsbx bank are giving loans for this project. May be u r referring to banks in asgards not financing it then could be true... so u win
