The wc water tank is concealed. I don’t see other developer doing that, with that mirror, the bathroom is just like high end hotel standard
The floor tiles are not those commonly used in other project, touch and feel are the keys to get the difference. with that can save up a lot during reno cos don’t need to change tiles
I'm still not sure what mirror are you talking about. The bathroom mirror are standard, most service apartment has them... The floor tiles are not those commonly used in other project, touch and feel are the keys to get the difference. with that can save up a lot during reno cos don’t need to change tiles
Lot 15 doesn't come with individual water tank... not sure where did you get that info cause if you are talking about storage water heater, those cost a BOMB even for small units. I don't think SDP would not disclose this in their marketing campaign if they were to provide it and NO it is not a standard item when you buy a service apartment.
I'm still curious how did you come to the conclusion on the floor tiles are not commonly used. The bedroom yes, it is engineered timber... so far I've not come across any other project using it and yes it is expensive... but the rest is standard.
I'm not sure who actually buys a service apartment and then changes the tiles.
