The wc water tank is concealed. I don’t see other developer doing that, with that mirror, the bathroom is just like high end hotel standard
The floor tiles are not those commonly used in other project, touch and feel are the keys to get the difference. with that can save up a lot during reno cos don’t need to change tiles
*
I'm still not sure what mirror are you talking about. The bathroom mirror are standard, most service apartment has them...

Lot 15 doesn't come with individual water tank... not sure where did you get that info cause if you are talking about storage water heater, those cost a BOMB even for small units. I don't think SDP would not disclose this in their marketing campaign if they were to provide it and NO it is not a standard item when you buy a service apartment.

I'm still curious how did you come to the conclusion on the floor tiles are not commonly used. The bedroom yes, it is engineered timber... so far I've not come across any other project using it and yes it is expensive... but the rest is standard.

I'm not sure who actually buys a service apartment and then changes the tiles.

Porcelain tiles are all the same when it comes to residential tiles. Price differences are not significant from design to design. All residential porcelain tiles are Grade 2, which is basically meant for residential. Grade 3 and above are for commercial use and makes no sense for residential to use grade 3 and above cause there is no foot traffic required for it.

The only difference is tiles type. Marble tiles, Vinyl tiles etc. which are all expensive tyles.
*
Got different density or wear rating, rectified edge or not, digital print, glazed or unglazed, matt or gross.

How could you said all porcelain tiles are same?

If come with wardrobe and everything, every units looks the same, where to find the feel of uniquely home.

wardrobe are not included la bro....

let me tell you this... the whole unit... ONLY the kitchen cabinet is given. Whatever else you can think off those are standard fixture and fittings every service apartment will give. If it is not standard then it is not there.

The wardrobe for example is not a standard item hence it is not given.

Dude... you think SDP on 1 heater just for you only ah? The whole building only got 1 unit?

RM500 is most likely the smallest one.. about 15-25L .... those are sufficient for your kitchen basin or 1 shower point only...

You don't need to buy a unit to know.... just go to the sales galary and talk to the SA....

When you buy a property or even to consider... you don't just blindly buy.... you need to know the ins and outs so that you can compare.

1st, why you talk like so impossible? It's nice they provide but it's not that uncommon. Many condo and even as near as subang Park home 9 years ago at rm600k already come with it.

Selling price rm500 for 35L, you think dev would get at rm500 also?

If you know and remind me that's a huge cost to them, try understand and appreciate and be thankful. Why condemn so much on low discount still?

That's because we are talking about SDP here.....

They give 0 furnishing for Lot 15 let alone partial furnishing..

If standard furnishing like aircond/furniture etc. isn't given, what makes you think that something that is less standard and less demanded like water storage heater will be given?

Unlike aircond/furniture where everyone uses it... not everyone wants a water storage heater because of the cost to maintain it (high electricity bill) compared to just buying instant water heater with pump.

Who tell you wardrobe are more common than conceal hot water? The wardrobe they give you, sure you like? So easy, Ikea no need sell so many designs.

You buy millions dollars condo, you want exposed instant heater because expensive electric bill (which is not true), no want big shower head. Nice rain shower and beautiful hotel like bathroom, that's your own preference.

So this is not your condo. That simple.

Value is when somebody appreciate/understand it.
Today i give a mat salleh Muaang King, he might feel disgusting. I give a chinaman blue cheese, he might vomit.

Who told me?

Just look at other service apartment projects. You don't need to be told to know, just do a bit of research then you know what is standard and what is not.

Water heater storage is NOT a common furnishing. Most developer would throw in a instant water heater instead of heater storage when they decided on fully furnish approached.

Wardrobe provided is common for fully furnished project. Just google fully furnish project then you will know what do they normally provide, no need to argue.

The tropicana uncle project is a fully furnished project, you can check that out if you want to know what do developers normally provide for fully furnished project.

Also, just want to correct you a bit, majority of the Lot 15 units doesn't touch the million dollar mark. Only some 900+sqf at high level floors and the 1k sqf, meaning to say less than 20% is above a million.

Lot 15 is expensive based on price per square not the unit price. If you want to see expensive condos/service apartment then you should see Setia Sky Seputeh, those are min RM2-3mil per unit.

I have spent enough of time on the conversation.

It's like car porch no need tiles, give me wardrobe enough.
How to carry on the discussion?

Good night.

I mean top ceiling storage heater. Cause i not sure which type they give.  Should be just joven i guess.
Hot water pipe is concealed hot water piping to the mixer. Why no such thing?

Friend this is forum and it is 11:30pm.
Can understand is enough la, don't expect professional term in casual forum.

And no need to talk like want to argue, why ask for SA name?
*
This is a forum. You give your comments, i have doubts, i ask. Even if you mean they just provide the piping, sure as hell they would advertise or it become one of their selling points. My sa even informed me that they provide aircond pipings only. what makes u think they wont tell if they provide the pipe for hot water. If they let potential buyers know, sure it will be a plus point.

Dropped by the Hari Raya opening the other day. It seems that the Lot 15 price remains the same as late last year. The price seems to go up when compared to last year's Raya Deal. How the hell when every other project reduce price but Lot 15 becomes more expensive or did I misheard something? How the hell Rebate up to 190k but price becomes more expensive than last year's Raya?

Still no furnishing given. The only thing changed was some 900+ sqf units will be getting 3 Car Park slots.

naqib0307

I did not asked the representative but I heard from some people say that they increased the Bumi discount to 7%. Is that true? Like that you rugi 2% already.

Now hoc has been extended and am thinking if to wait for dto1 which is the land beside isola or proceed with lot15.
There isn’t much info available on dto1 yet. According to dto site, it’ll be launched in Aug19, not sure it will be launched on time and listed under hoc though
Earlier on checked with lot15 SA, dto1 will not be as high end as lot15. Any views?
My concern is the cost, density and layout, lot15 fits my preference just that it is pricey
