Can let me know list of residential buildings in JB with time fibre? The website locator seems unreliable.

Hi smile.gif

Thank you for your interest in Time Fibre.

Buildings coverage in JB is constantly expanding.
It'd be best to let us know your building name, we'll check it out for you.

Thanks.

If u face internet down issue , u can call Time customer service Toll Free 1800 18 18 18 for assistance

The current internet down is due to fibre cut issue in which affect most of the Subang area and part of Shah Alam high Rise Building

It may take 3-4 hours for the service to resume back.

Is my suspicion right? I'd noticed that the router only allows one LAN cable to be connected to it. The other LAN ports can connect but will not have any internet connection. I can't find this settings inside the router though - is this something you're familiar with?

Hi Bro,

You mean the Huawei ONU or the Cisco Router given ?

Cisco Router you can utilize any port from the 4 LAN ports.

Huawei ONU LAN 1 is connected to the Router WAN port, you cant use the rest of the ports to get Internet.

Fee l free to PM me for more technical configuration if you are interested. Thanks.

Dear Bro

You can connect the LAN cable to Cisco router on all the port in the router to get Internet connection.

Anyway you cannot use the LAN port in the Huawei Modem to get internet connection instead.

Okay - maybe I am confused a bit.

On the Huawei device, there are 4 LAN Ports. One of them is connected to my Astro decoder. I tried to use the rest of the LAN ports but can't connect to the network. When I took off the cable connected to the Astro decoder and use that LAN port, I am able to get connection.

Basically I want to hook up my network storage to the router. So where do I do that?

Ok, an update: I unplug my network cable from the Huawei device and hook it up to the Cisco device and I can get connection. This is weird, on Huawei device, only Port 4 has connection, while all ports on the Cisco device has connection.

Hi Bro,

Thanks for your interest in Time Fibre.

I'm sorry as Chai Leng Park area is not yet ready for service.

Fyi, at this moment only multi dwellings unit such as high rise apt, condos are covered, landed property not covered.

Thanks.
