How do I redeem the free Star e-paper? Called TIME and they asked me to call AstroIPTV, and both companies are not sure about the Star e-paper.

If are AstroIPTV User , Astro are not offer free Star epaper at the moment.


The 6 months free Star e-paper is the current Time GPON offer and only valid for new registration until 31 Dec 2014.

Hi Bro,

For FTTH & FTTO subscriptions, you are entitled for 6-Months Star ePaper for FREE.

Upon service activation, you will receive the Star ePaper login credentials within 3-7 days.

Please call Time Customer Service at 1800 18 1818 or write to them at customerservice@time.com.my to request for this.

P/S : Astro IPTV subscriptions are not entitled for this promo.
Validity of this Promo : 28 Aug -- 31 Dec 2014.
