Very easy, just tell your friend to refer to the worksheet that the Installer gave it to him after the installation was done, there is a set of Username & Password.
Login to the Linksys Router, choose connection as PPPoE, fill in this set of Username & Password & you are ready to go.
For Wireless, you can set whatever SSID & key that you prefer.

Great it's available since Dec 2011.

No worry much about Time's performance & stability, the latency is pretty low.
The only drawback is the Linksys E1200 provided that has some glitches, resulting intermittent disconnection. But you can anytime replace it with your own Routers.
We can guide you to set it up.

Try to test it out again using some localized servers, eg. MS.

Filehosting sites are not consistent sometimes. Another reason could be due to single session control implemented by the FileHosting Servers.

P/S : 40Mbps / 100Mbps package is kinda slow...are you using Linksys E1200 Router ?

The E1200 is not capable of supporting up to 100Mbps...you gotta change the Router if you wanna get higher spped, but before that, do a test first. PM me if you need further help.
