haha last time saw the word mahsa already know tak boleh la. spending power even lower than tar students. then said possible mydin will go there. lagi takde mood. high keras wannabe.

mahsao spending power is almost as low like ultm uni. pls dont bliv the future masterplan bla bla. question is wht have they done so far? township has some dead shops, wht else? cry.gif

If you are aiming MAHSA students specifically, might wanna have a look at TCS Arcadia, or TCS desa saujana 2 townhouse upper unit subsales.

As for LBS, the skypark area got a few foreign students and working families renting. But at the moment it appears a little oversupply IMO.

Meh, BSP people are fine with nearby giant putra heights & dpulze. But really desparate for govt schools.

whats the size? this is d nett price? have u spent a lot of time in BSP? i visited last year n imho one of the worst townships ive been in.

1. There are 2600 units here, have u ever questioned how they are going to be filled up? Who is going to rent here?
2. Do you know mahza student spending power?
3. What happened to mahza when ptptn reduced the thresholds?
4. How far is BSP21 from mahza? do students prefer walking distance or driving/bus?
5. Bsp has few shops but how are they doing? VERY Dead n LOW END shops like a kampung
6. What is LSB track record in building successful projects? BSP suck, d'island depreciate cry.gif
