Hopefully BSP21 construction work is better than their previous project. Seem like certain house owner not stratify with with BSP Skypark

I went to the gallery last week, now it is 1st phase of 3rd block (block C) already.
For 12th floor price is 450k (after all rebate + bumi) for 1,043 sqf. But I wonder if an "ungated unguarded landed 2 sty terrace" is more worth it compared to this "guarded and 70 facilities equipped condo" since both prices are almost same. How do you think though? ASAP reply pls. I am considering buying it for investment. |

anyone of you interested shop office at bsp? 2sty shop office price start from RM1.2m, 22x70. just opposite of bsp21. it is worth for investment since there will be a new township and as i survey shoplot around there subsales prize start from RM1.5m. please contact me 010-2955103 for more details.

recently visited this project. super dead n low end township. skypark is VERY far from mahzas uni which is a uni with low spending power students.
