apart from expensive tyre replacement when it got burst ( have to change 2 tyres coz the stock tyre is close to 2 new tyres price and hard to find outside) i guess there is nothing much. Just done first service about a month ago.

not sure. my parents send them to service. i was overseas last month when they sent it to service. probably drive to the showroom as the service centre is at glenmarie which my parents has no idea how to go. renew the insurance and road tax at the same time. lol.

the last time there was a problem on the car showing some error message, the SA came to my house to pick it up.

been to the glenmarie showroom as my tyre is not in good condition and they offered me a replacement tyre form existing test drive car as it was CNY period and i need to drive long distance.

end up have to change both tyre to different brand and size coz stock tyre with its rare size costs like RM800++ for one sweat.gif

Yes, I just recently found out how expensive the replacement tyre is. What brand and size did you go for?

The one we had on fluence is imported.

Earlier you mentioned that the tyres are rare, is it the brand or size or model?

Renault SC quoted RM800++ for 1 single tyre

I changed outside 2 tyres for RM800++ tongue.gif

keeping one as spare just in case.

I noticed that the Navigation built-in system have wireless update functions but disabled.

Is there a way to enable it by adding a WiFi dongle or device? Especially for updating the traffics condition and adding new maps information.

Yeah, same quotation. Will keep this in mind when I need to change as I think is bit ridiculous to pay so high. Don't think the benefit outweigh the cost

Tyres,battery,brake pads or any non warranty items, better to change outside. SC simply cut throat price.

As long as the workshop knows what they're doing. Had a bad experience with my former car when I took it to a school specialist to fix my ac. Ended up fixed in a wrong way and problem only surfaced few months later. Expensive lesson.

Yes that's very true. Have to make sure the workshop is competent in the job you are seeking.
