yes n no,i read bout that before ,thats the purpose of aoskp rom,keep things fast and light,improve battery when idle

free ram makes ur phone load things longer right? thats depends on what apps u freeze/remove,dont freeze thing u always use.

idle standy battery is what i target for, imagine u have 98% left when u sleep,wake up with 89% left,wont u do something bout that?

err.. so far my xiaomi only used up 2% of battery after i wake up from sleep (5~6hour)
well, at least i am please with the battery life at the moment, for sure will decrease after 3~4month...
(just happen to my previous HTC, idle standby only take more than 30% after 6 hour )

guys, any of you having this issue?
my mi3 doesn't seem to register long press.
for example, if i press and hold an icon, it should give me the open to move it or uninstall (swipe up to the dust bin)

now i see the dust bin icon for 1s then poof its gone
it happened 2 days after i started to use it (not even fully used since haven't transferred the data). so i did a factory reset and it was working nicely. now it's back again in less than a week any thoughts? i didn't root the phone. most drastic i've done is change the theme only.

bro, you flash from Stable ROM to DEV rom right?
this is consider an "upgrade", just go to updater > click on "Menu" button and "select update package", and it will open explorer for you, just select the file then bingo..

Bottom Line, Make sure you got the correct DEV ROM file.

This only happen when you installed the wrong dev rom. You should download it should from WCDMA section, not TDCMA.
