Yeah, that's quite true... The location, facilities, developer past record (Cheras Hong Soon associate) and pricing actually attracts me when they launch last year September..

May need some time to hold for sure, but when the commercial elements turn to mature in the surrounding area, this service apt shall boom... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Far for me different people will have different perception... If compare to Taman Cheras, Taman Connaught, Sungai Long is 2x distance to KL as well...

If in terms of distance, Sungai Long looks to me more or less just similar to Saujana Impian. From Semenyih to Saujana Impian using Ecohill link just takes around 10 minutes, it shall depend on personal preference and judgement to consider if it is considered far and unbearable.

In terms of highrise, ascotte boulevard really worth for its price.. Location also good, just opposite of the Lekas Ecohill link entrance.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
