I would say Ecohill taipan and Ecomajestic silversquare are important and vital to whole Semenyih development.

Far for me different people will have different perception... If compare to Taman Cheras, Taman Connaught, Sungai Long is 2x distance to KL as well...

If in terms of distance, Sungai Long looks to me more or less just similar to Saujana Impian. From Semenyih to Saujana Impian using Ecohill link just takes around 10 minutes, it shall depend on personal preference and judgement to consider if it is considered far and unbearable.

Seems like the Ecohill link is one of the main game changers.. Semenyih can take off the jam jam jam area "title" already..

I personally meet the "big boss" from CHS when he attended Ascotte event too.. Have some chat with him as well...

You can try to find how's the MD of Top Home related to the CHS by yourself...
