Hi i've checked online and everything about this i've learned that u have to do skip days and do like Monday do tuesday dont do wednesday do rite?But now my problem is protein food in malaysia. Any recomendation in eating?Boil eggs/soya bean useful?

I train Monday, Wed and Fri. Recovery is just as important as working out. You need rest days.
Protein = milk, meat, eggs, etc. Forget aboput supplementation if you don't have a good diet first. I seen guys who blow away hard earned cash on supplements but they don't eat normal food right and they ask me why they don't grow. Eat right first, then consider supplements. Good luck.

yeah.. ihave this problem also.. for a proper meal, its kinda hard to find healthy food around my area.. all fried food stuff.. i know about egg, milk, soya ect.. i'm talking about a full proper meal..

usually i try eating kuey teow ladna n non fried stuff.. is that ok.. i read somewhere before to stay away from white stuff (such as white bread, anything using white flour).. is this true?.. is a tune sandwhich in wholemeal bread for lunch ok?.. then what about dinner?

anyone plz tell me how many egg should i eat in one day to gain weight?i see sumo ppl eat 20-30 egg when breakfast time...Which one??? yolk or white egg?Uhhh..do i have to steam da egg first??i mean half cook...or just eat like that? and wht egg u eat? chicken egg or goose egg?

What the f*ck is that? FAT? Brother, can you please make sure you want to grow fat or muscle at your arm. Muscle dont grow out of nowhere, it wouldnt grow out at your forehead as you think you want it to be. You need to train it.

bro...u have to check ur diet plan, ur exercise routine..and ur lifestyle..for example..what kinda foods do u take...if can please list it down...so maybe we all can check for u...and what kinda exercise routine that u had done so far...and about ur lifestlye..meaning are u drinks/clubbing alot? notworthy.gif

but heck, he dont even know what is muscle or fat then he want to have big arm fill with what, what!!

The first advice i can give is ask him to do some serious reading first lor, read from the secondary school's science or biology book on the human's tissue or anatomy, just the basic basic one also good enough. It would be much more easier for him to understand things.

laugh.gif hehehe i know but come on i bet u are an experience bodybuilder..so u know once a while this kinda question will always come out...like why my belly is still big i done everything..why my bicep is small but my tricep is bigger...bla..bla..so please..be nice to newbies..i bet u also have that kinda question when u new to gym stuff right...i even have this really..really funny question...this newbie came to me whilst i training at taman tasik perdana gym (its a public gym..cannot afford FF hehehe) he told me, can he get big like Sazali within 1 year? hahaah i said..yeah sure if u can spend alot of time and effort plus disipline..next month i havent see that guy..give -up already..i think so..

now back to that question if u read this please list down what u had done so far...so maybe we all have an idea whats wrong...thanks.. notworthy.gif

doode... if u wanna advise.. advise nicely as windows_sux do i would much appreciate than hate you.. but i don give a damn bout it.. what i mean is how to get my arms fill with fat.. is there any way.. i know we cant control where we want our fat to grow.. i was just ASKING... so if u cant answer my question.. don reply my post.. maybe you should learn how to understand ppl's question..

well.. i dont have like that proper diet for body builders... but just wanna tone my body..
i'll have cereals in the morning and rice or noodle for lunch... at night bread or biscuits.. thats all.. i'm a former state swimmer so got my chest toned except my biceps and triceps.. and i don drink and smoke..

experienced bodybuilder? ermm.... nope!!! I never thinking of joining competition. i have experience all kind of stages of body shape before (except extremely big size filled with muscle all over me), fat boy -> skinny stick -> moderate. Now trying to get as big as i think i can go. So i would say i got a little tiny bit of knowledge on how the hell our body works.

Anyhow, everyone got the beginning of everything. My beginning was: go out and join the gym and ask damn a lot of questions with those "looks" like pro, and listen to them and try and error and think with logic and of course the most important is to your homework and research around. The point is go out and ask the people around out there first for the starting. No point sitting down in front of computer and ask these kind of questions, "i want my hand big, like fill with fat that big" sweat.gif

ermmm.... both also man only mah.... why need to scare to ask those mad dog at gym? I found those people are really friendly except some with the big tatoo on somewhere of his body, walk around like his grandpa's gym. sweat.gif Mostly are friendly person just that after lift too much weight, the vein on the face gives you the feeling that "f*cking bite your head off".

Guys, occasional profanity is fine but remember that this forum is viewed by people of all ages and not everyone is comfortable with profanity, the semi-censorship with the "***"s doesnt do anything, people still get what you're saying and its still offensive.

And while were on the subject, please try to be polite as far as possible, the occasional outburst is OK but do try to keep it friendly. I have no problems with deleting posts and closing threads on accounts of poor behaviour.
