please please please please please before starting out in the gym, make sure of these few important points:

-your goals
-your workout programme
-your diet plan

do research at them with websites such as bodybuilding.com and READ up on the basics of bodybuilding, as well as the concepts and theories of how your body builds up muscle.

You can easily google out "bodybuilding for beginners"

then come back here with questions that show that you know what you're doing instead of randomly headbutting with your eyes closed.

sorry, this is the first time i saw any guy want his arm fill with fat. spot reduction is a myth, so i think spot fat accumulation is also a mission impossible.

btw, y do u want fat instead of muscle?

Guys, occasional profanity is fine but remember that this forum is viewed by people of all ages and not everyone is comfortable with profanity, the semi-censorship with the "***"s doesnt do anything, people still get what you're saying and its still offensive.

And while were on the subject, please try to be polite as far as possible, the occasional outburst is OK but do try to keep it friendly. I have no problems with deleting posts and closing threads on accounts of poor behaviour.

Damn, you go boy! You're a f***ing good mod. I love ya bro. You're one cool *******! Respect to motherf***ers like you who keep the peace.

Jk. wink.gif

Seriously guys, profanity used in humor or meant to elucidate something strongly is cool IMHO but profanity misused will ruffle a lotta hairs. Like i said, i believe the guys in the Health and Fitness section are much better than the stupid retards who're regulars at Cupid's. Peace all.
