bearbear - Please put up statement that is sensible. Not all people who pay tolls are 'richard'. Sometimes, no choice......

Tolls are everywhere...Melawati, Gombak, Kerinchi, Sg Penchale, Cheras Bt 09, Kajang, Semenyih, Klang,, etc..... All are rich areas meh...... nod.gif[cool.gif

QUOTE(tengster @ Jun 9 2014, 05:30 PM)
that is weird... let say your house SPA price is 700K...

5% is only RM35K. It mean nothing in the eyes of banker. Let say FD is about 4% per annum. 4% from 35k is only RM1400 per year. It will be divided to 12 to show monthly income....just merely '100 Plus'....How to 'Revive' the loan application? Someone need to pop Gatorade to stay ahead of the calculation....  tongue.gif  biggrin.gif

blaaa..

I do applied one of the bank is rhb.
I submitted 30k FD and also account with amount more than 100k.
no car instalment, no credit card debts. but only one house loan with tenanted. they also say not enough.
WTH~~

Mind to share what bank isit and banker name ?
*
My loan approved with ocbc.
rate is not attractive as BLR-2.4% or BLR-2.45%, but as long as get approved is good enough. Not much different actually.

I dont think I am convenient to share the banker name here. Coz she helped me on my loan application for my firdt house. And now the panel banker with EM. But very efficient and fast!!

I bought for own stay but not immediately after VP, so there's still chance may sell if offer is too good unless EM prove too good to let go. So I am considered 50-50? Original intention is own stay but I can be bought with $$$ drool.gif  thumbup.gif

I am in favour of well-managed peaceful townships with green surroundings - and of course affordability otherwise lots of places to go to.
*
me too 50-50.
was thinking to own stay like weekend house or 1 to 2 years.
who knows will get a good buyer and good price to sell off lar. rclxms.gif

Superfast.. I still waiting for the loan agreement call. Hopefully they can do it in the EMSO as well..  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

Generally, it seems like EcoSky has less activity if compare to SEH, really hope they can do more..
*
Because I got my loan letter of offer before sign on SPA.
So this is fast as my expectation also.

Oh, I got my LO before SPA signing as well, but I only pass the copy to EM during the SPA signing. Perhaps this dragging the process.
*
I also pass one copy to solicitor and one copy for EM as well on the day signing SPA on sunday.

Cradleton has 600 units. Signing is planned over two days. Each signing takes at least half hour till 2 hours. Spa, loan agreement and DMC. Some know very much and just sign after checking variable parameters...some cowpeh from lunch till bukak time....

Now you can do the maths...
*
my maths not good one... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
