Errrr.... This is voluntary and self assessment or review. I will get zero pay for it. How I wish to get pay? I am not even a qualified writer or journalist. Like any other reviews done by propcafe or their guest writer, these are all came out from passion and interest.

Swan Lake is the one near semi-D and sales gallery area....not Cradleton.

I didnt go throiugh Ecohill. Link bridge is not even constructed yet.

The only access to site is via Jalan Semenyih. One will pass by Japanese Mara Institute and then Bandard Tasik Kesuma...and then reach EM.

that is weird... let say your house SPA price is 700K...

5% is only RM35K. It mean nothing in the eyes of banker. Let say FD is about 4% per annum. 4% from 35k is only RM1400 per year. It will be divided to 12 to show monthly income....just merely '100 Plus'....How to 'Revive' the loan application? Someone need to pop Gatorade to stay ahead of the calculation.... tongue.gif biggrin.gif

Thanks for the kind words.

Cluster home has slightly lower density. Naturally, it renders slightly higher degree of privacy. They adopt gateless concept like other stratified GnG such as DPC, Desa Nusantara, etc....if one can accept backyard garden concept, the low barrier is nothing much different.

Cluster orientation is the same I.e. north and south with slight tilt. Thus, granting choices of morning sun or afternoon sun. Cluster give more ventilation and natural light except that bathroom 4 that requires mechanical ventilation and lighting. This is mainly due to facade reason.

Yes, the staff is right. Prices are not firmed due to the Seoul trip. They are doing plastic surgery on the layout. Put some Botox and feed them lot of tempel.... Hopefully a much improved layout and bigger Buy but same price or lower....cluster maintenance fee is marginally higher than terrace. I think cluster come with perimeter CCTV too.

Did your sis proceed with SPA signing?

Price is not only consideration but it is surely one of the main factor....apart from microlocation, accesses, township planning, concept, amenities, continuity of development, etc.....

Bro Enoch, the initial proposal for Eco Sanc is high end living. This sounds pricey to me. As of to what level, no one knows at this juncture. It won't be available till 2015. I will say earliest is Q1 2015.

Seriously, this place is near notorious Klang River, a proper study of micro location is required. We will get into that next year....

For now, let's chat about EM more....
