U2913WM - 2560x1080; 60Hz @ RM1739
                    vs
U2713HM  - 2560x1440; 60Hz @ RM1889

Has anyone got any feedback on U2913WM? Both have got AH-IPS.

2.7 million pixels for u2913wm
3.6 million pixels for u2713hm

Take your pick.

I'd personally go for the u27 cause of the vertical height (1440 px). The u2913wm height seems too cramp for me (1080px).

Depends on your uses really nod.gif

Dell have been popular with portrait monitors. They have quite a few models that can support rotation.
You can check out the U2415. Best monitor for portrait imo.

Or you can have a look on all the ultrasharp series. All supports rotation.

I'm using 3 U2412m in portrait as of right now.

Thanks for the note.

The best thing about this monitor is the idea of running 2 apps without the bezel breaking the view if I were to use 2 monitors setup.

Still U2713HM's 16:9 is the norm.

Dell has just launch the new U3415W in Malaysia, it cost RM3,499

Yeah man... looks freakin' awesome with 2x U3415W side-by-side. Anyone going to shell out 7k for an immersive experience?

Any U2913WM owners out there? How does your 21:9 movies look on the screen? How easy is it to use the Dell Display Manager to arrange 2 apps side-by-side?

Does anyone know how much the U2715H costs in Malaysia? The bezel looks very thin on this model compared to U2713HM.

Get a single U3415W. The U2913WM is a little cramp.

If you plan on running 2 monitors, perhaps get two P2415Q or P2715Q at 4k/60 resolution.

Best way to get colour accuracy from your monitor is to get it calibrated by external calibrator from Xrite / Colormunki / Spyder.
What graphics card are you running? What resolution gaming on primary and watching 1080p on secondary?

Most decent cards should be able to handle this.
*
GTX980 both LCD on 1080p. I can get them running but once on full screen gaming, the video on the secondary goes missing. It can only do windowed gaming.

for what usage? beside resolution, any other requirements you looking for?

highlight the different between these two for your reference:
1. U2515H have higher color gamut than U2713HM.
2. U2713HM is 8 bits panel, while U2515H is 6 bits panel.
3. U2515H don't have VGA & DVI ports (norm, it's trending now)
4. U2713HM is old design, U2515H is latest design ID, slim bezel, very nice.
5. U2515H have extra 1 more USB 3.0 port.
6. both support different optional soundbar model.
7. U2515H is using Capacitive Touch OSD Controls.

lastly, of course is the display size different, you need to ask yourself, which size is suitable for you.
