as explain below... maybe can read here for panel bit depth Read HERE and refresh rate different. currently price lenovo are expensive except get from shopee for rm1.4k+ as some member share... kinda cheap
Im using NB F180, the issue with this vesa is the vesa wing... actually, its fit, but its design make it not fit inside 27gl850  shakehead.gif
the vesa i highlight below.. make my eye pain see.. its fit well for all monitor since its standard, but due to some monitor design, then, this kind of vesa design cant fit inside the monitor like lg

The price is good after discount so I just look around. My Dell monitor still good enough so I try not to spend and get new monitor.
Perhaps can add some spacer with longer screws? Something like this:

do you think it is sturdy enuf? hmm.gif looks interesting

Yes, there is a seller selling for RM1.4K in Shoppe but I don't dare to buy from them.
In fact, I have bought from Lenovo official website, with the coupon, it is just RM1686. Cheaper than LG counterpart.
I think you can't get this price after the coupon expire.

For expensive items, recommended to buy from LazMall or Official Sellers.

Read this (very serious case)

I can feel u... hurts, if me..uneasy and distracted with the scratches... how about wipe it with some err.. like dashboard cleaner?. Is it visibile? Geez.. how you scratch it?

Just to update and provide some info to others that might need to remove the monitor deep scratches in future.
Was accidently hit my monitor by the sharp edges of my corsair keyboard. Leaving a 5cm deep scratches that can be felt by finger nail at the bottom left of my monitor. Rainbow effect like reflection can be observed and is a bit annoying if the background is in white color. Google internet, some person using magic eraser to remove monitor scratch - Youtube
i've tried, not working on deep scratches but very effective on surface scratches (only for plastic material).

Then i come to this Site

I manage to get one Novus Plastic Polish no 2 in shopee. After polishing by hand for nearly 2 hrs, manage to remove the scratches and no more tiny rainbow reflection. Not using polishing machine is to prevent overheating and damage the monitor. Do bare in mind, it will leave shiny surface at the polish area. In my case, since i using hand, the shiny area is just a small area and hardly noticable unless purposely flash with high power flashlight.
Hope this can help, but try at your own risk.

Mine goes into the inner hole. The screws.
My monitor's vesa mount is flat. No obstruction.

A 10mm spacer should be enough right? I think it should be sturdy. Some TV mount also use similar spacer.

looks like there's a new iteration of LG 1440p 144Hz monitor just came out. zero idea what improvement it gives.

Have you received your monitor? How's the performance? I am using RX5700 XT, hope it is compatible?
This seems to be a damn good monitor. I am eyeing for this monitor.
Meanwhile, how do you able to find this coupon code STAYHOME30? I can't find it anywhere.
Yup, I saw the Shoppe post but I am skeptical about it. Dunno how come it is so cheap.
Lenovo is selling RM2,400 before coupon.

i didn't buy it...i already have a rather similar monitor and haven't planned on setting up multi-monitor for now.

From Reddit

"The LG 27GN850-B is a just-released update to the LG 27GL850-B. From what info I could find they are identical except the GN850 does not have a USB hub and is $50 cheaper. The LG 27GL83A-B has the same panel except it uses an sRGB color gamut backlight. The GN850 and the GL850 use a different backlight that covers a wide DCI-P3 gamut."
Also found that the max power consumption GL850-65W and GN850-55W.

Placed order on lenovo legion y27q-20 few days ago.
Shipping via UPS by Official Lenovo.
I think won't go wrong for the best deal for this monitor with coupon code for just RM1686. 1440p, 27", 165Hz, nano IPS.

Check on China forums (with real user reviews) and this monitor can tune up to 5K resolution too. Not sure true or not.
