wow.. this phone is extremely hot when charging with Samsung 2.0A charger. Unplug it and charge with my computer USB instead, scare to continue with 2.0A charger.

hmm.. my shipment was initially thru Fedex. Then suddenly stuck (delivery exception status) on saturday after release from sepang customs.

Then today i check on Mi.com website, my delivery agent now changed to UPS?? and when i check with UPS, they say no such tracking info?

Dafuk is this? who the hell is delivering my phone? contacted xiaomi cs and they also cant confirm. they just can confirm already arrive in malaysia only.

i is sadding and angry.

Anyone of you guys having the same prob??

dun take rise, charge slowly with original charger

try turn off wifi/data....turn on the batt saving mode or something liddat when u go tido....it helps. but i'm not too satisfied wen during day time....the batt life drain quite fast...all i used was chatting and some internet browsing saja.

From all the "comments" in the FB, maybe they will listen. Unless if they signed contract already, then Xiaomi have to honor it la.

Legally, they declared ETA 28th, so not their fault also

i using my sgs2/xperia charger to charge....batt life like meh...
in opis now...gonna use the samseng usb cable to charge...or shud i tukar to use the charger that comes along with my fon??

can't wait for 27 March to get more stock of Mi3 & PB. Really hot item, manage to get 2 each not enough to satisfy demand. Will hire more scalpers

Well, my usage for MY ROM past 1 week, i believe it did drains battery alot, so I have reverted back to SG Rom to check whether the same happens. Still Monitoring

not only tablet, the same 2.0 charger is for my Note 3 actually but i also use it to charge Ipad Air, Note 3, Note 2, Note 10.1 2014, all no problem. Just puzzle why they still restrict to 1.0A charging when the battery capacity is getting bigger. I think Mi Power Bank is using 2.0A output too as it can charge Ipad. But yesterday i tried charging mi3 with the power bank no such heating issue, maybe it intelligently detect it is mi3 and charge at 1.0A? Must warn my sister about the charger then when i pass the mi3 to her later.

Weird.. I went to Fedex Shah alam yesterday at 10am to get mine. No question asked. Just give the tracking number, and I got mine. In fact, about 6-7 person were there as well to collect their Mis.

Don't worry. I'm in similar situation and they just called me this morning to notify me of my shipment. I will be receiving my phone later at 11 and I will let you know whether it's sent by ups or fedex. My area is in johor btw.

The thing im not satisfied is i paid earlier than others...but other get their order earlier than me...

Dont know how Xiaomi CN staffs arrange the shipment...really disappointed

For SGS2, the phone itself limits the charging current to ~700mAh if i remember correctly.
So doesn't matter what charger u used, should be okay.

Some charger used thinner cable, so even when the charger states 2A, actually it is less.

In fact, I have a Samsung charger with output current 0.7A
BUT..

It charges faster than my 1A Blackberry charger

i am also the same except that i does not call xiaomi yet.... if you check with fedex, the item is there and for me, expected delivery is 28th May. Just gonna wait out for today first and will try to call fedex and xiaomi tomorrow
