IOS only have some fluency and smoothness, add on the more novice-friendly but other than these 3, i think it is far more inferior on other more important areas - multi-tasking, flexibility to transfer files, etc. Have been an Android users for quite some time and got my first IOS device last year with the Ipad Air. The build quality,etc is great but i really hate the lack of multi-tasking and stupid way of using only the itune to transfer large chunk of files. Luckily i am buying it for its content and that does not disappoint me. But purely in term of system point of way, it is at stone age if compared to Android.

Just my personal preference anyway. No offence to IOS supporters.

Btw, i think all my remaining 4 orders will be delivered tomorrow/Tuesday by UPS.

anyone has any idea how the button on the Power Bank works? Really clueless after i press the button - the small LED will blink blink but dun know what it means. Or it just shows the level of the remaining power? After plugging in, without pressing any button, it will start charging the phone already.

wow.. this phone is extremely hot when charging with Samsung 2.0A charger. Unplug it and charge with my computer USB instead, scare to continue with 2.0A charger.

not only tablet, the same 2.0 charger is for my Note 3 actually but i also use it to charge Ipad Air, Note 3, Note 2, Note 10.1 2014, all no problem. Just puzzle why they still restrict to 1.0A charging when the battery capacity is getting bigger. I think Mi Power Bank is using 2.0A output too as it can charge Ipad. But yesterday i tried charging mi3 with the power bank no such heating issue, maybe it intelligently detect it is mi3 and charge at 1.0A? Must warn my sister about the charger then when i pass the mi3 to her later.

bloody hot. I have quite a few gadgets and i do know the difference between normal warm and extreme hot. I can't hold the phone glass surface to my face for more than 10 secs, just to illustrate. It is hot at the upper part of the screen, can smell the adhensive of the flipcase heating up.

Anyway, charging with USB now. Anyone know the apps that measure battery and phone temperature? I think measure objectively will be more reliable.

it depends on the charger rating, nothing to do with USB 2.0 or 3.0. I can use the Note 3 USB cable with a 1.0A charger and vice-versa. Some phone will restrict the current even if your charger has higher rating. I think Note 2's charger is USB 2.0 but the charger is also 2.0A.

Charging with USB now - still quite hot but hot as extreme as using 2.0A charger just now. So I think mi3 should only be charged with 1.0A charger, which will take a longer time to fully charged.

damn... just downloaded CPUz from PlayStore with mi3 and found out it can keep the H+ speed with Maxis. Normally with my Note 3 LTE, the network will drop from H+ to H then all the way to E whenever i want to use data connection.

must seriously consider mi3S with LTE when it is released then. Hope it come with a bigger screen though.

just temporary for few more days as mi SG has no shortage of mi3 now. Only the power bank is hard to get hold of.

my remaining 4 orders also the same situation. Will wait patiently, i think before 2 pm can reach my sister's office.

i just mentioned it few pages back - i tried charging mi3 with my Samsung 2.0A charger, it is damn freaking hot. So better avoid it. Charging using computer USB 2.0 port now and it is just warm, much cooler than using 2.0A charger.

no choice, can't risk spoiling the phone. but later will try another USB 3.0 port at the back of my office computer.

Btw, you guys were saying not to put back the empty sim tray? Now i have my micro-SIM inside. Later will need to take it out before i pass it to my sister. So better leave the sim slot empty without the sim tray? Thanks.

better safe than sorry, it really gets extremely hot with Samsung 2.0A charger. I know devices will get warm during charging but i am very sure the extreme hot is not normal. Trust me, i have charged tonnes of gadgets with many chargers, i do know what is normal and what is abnormal. Anyway, tonight will break the seal of the original mi3 charger and try it out - see how hot will mi3 be when charging with original charger.

yes, point taken. I actually unplug the charger immediately after 10 minutes when the mi3 is getting way too hot for comfort. I do monitor my gadget whenever i am trying new things. I am trying for the sake of my sister coz she is quite noob on gadgets and will definitely uses her Note 10.1 charger to charge the mi3 if i do not warn her before hand.

Btw, since the Power Bank does not come with a charger, what charger you guys will be using to charge it? Use the mi3 original 1.0A charger? It will take ages to fully charged it i think. Anyone tried already?

yes, i do know that but if that's the case then i assume i can use any charger to charge it then since xiao mi mention it will support charging for Ipad Mini, etc. Then without a charger bundled, i can only use an Ipad Mini charger to charge it. Anyway, will try different charger (Note 3, Note 2, Ipad Air) on it tonight.

I dun mind if they priced it RM10 more but includes an original charger. I get the Power Bank to use with my other devices, not the mi3 though coz i will give the mi3 to my sister later.

yes, 2 sim tray are given. One already in the phone. Just use some force to push the pin in, dun afraid.
