Break tank overflow causing flooding of certain units there.
Lifts quality also a big concern.
Pump broken issue.

Management is a mess too, not managed by professional management company.
The result of bad management is clear. One example, the facilities at right after the entrance of forest trail is not well maintained. Go see yourself and you know what I'm saying.

Those owner here unlikely to share "problems" with you. I suggest you visit there and ask people staying there.

Facing west too, unit can be like an baking oven 4-6pm, unless you like to watch sunset everyday.
At this price, i would say investors won't get in.
Buying for own stay also same unless they don't do "homework".

It's because buyer can easily top up to 690k to get from subsales from other blocks esp. those facing city and facing seresta.
I would say let it drop another 20% would be the right timing to get in.

I know that facing west is not ideal due to sun set, and most of the people would not like it. But if that's the case, then who else will be buying the west? Or is it safe to say that the entire west facing units will be empty as nobody would want to stay there? Be it renting or own stay.

your assumption is on the extreme side bro/sis. no offence ar.
it's like some people saw other bought new car, then says "wah, you so rich nowadays, drive new car!".
in fact buy new car doesn't mean rich, drive 2nd hand car doesn't mean poor.

similar people would not prefer facing west doesn't mean nobody would choose facing west.
it's a matter of choice available ma. if given a choice plus cost saving not significant, people surely will try to avoid west lor.
