There is another unit going for auction on the 27th on the 33rd floor. 129sqm. The reserve price is RM800k. Will it sell?

Nah. Wait 3-4 months later. View previous page to trace back the latest 2 transacted lelong units.
People will wait for the price to drop below 600k before entering bid.

Price can raise and drop so much, just last year we see auction around RM600K and now we see RM800k, really weird to me how this works as I see around in secondary market, there is price lesser than RM750k and here auction for min price of RM800k.

How they justify this price actually? Or this is more better in level and position than make them worth RM800K?

Is level 33 make them more expensive than normal?

Example, 800k is the first auction. First auction normally is market price or even higher than subsale pricing since the subsale market is soft at the moment.

Everytime no taker price will drop 10% and re-auction the following month. Will keep on dropping until someone enter and bids for the unit.

okay wad, just that need to pay the ldp toll, thought its just outer of bandar sri damansara. i actually attended 2 birthday parties in this building, airbnb ones. not bad tho. i forgot to ask how much at that time, was like 2 years back.
